The Branches of the US Military are extremely important to our history and to every military service member. The Branch defines the missions they were assigned and in many cases the environment they spent most of their time while in service. Through contacts while serving Veterans we met the Stitchin Sisters while they were presenting their beautiful handmade quilts to senior Veterans. Several of the Sisters will be here to present, for permanent display in our Museum, a quilt from each Branch (Army, Navy, Marine, Air Force, and Coast Guard) at a dedication ceremony at the Indiana War Memorial on May 23 at noon. We are very excited to have this addition to our Museum that is visited by over 100,000 citizens each year. Hope to see you there.
